Julia & Paul got married on the Buckhurst Estate in sunny Kent earlier in the summer in a quintessentially English country style with a hint of the 20s and I loved it. Set amongst the bucolic Kent country estate of the De La Warr family, the lawn setting of their reception adjoined a Lutyens and Jekyll sunken garden, which overlooked a Repton landscape. The cherry on the cake was that on the horizon, you could see Winnie the Pooh’s Hundred Acre wood. Their car, a black Packard art deco dream transported them from the church to the house.. with Julia’s gown from morgandavieslondon and her bridesmaids from one of my favs Maids to Measure it was a super stylish day. Julia’s friends and family were so lovely and welcoming and it was an honour for me to be there capturing events as they unfolded. Thank you to Laura for assisting. David
